In a bold response to a series of high-profile assassinations, the Islamic Republic of Iran launched Operation True Promise II on October 1, targeting key Israeli military and intelligence installations with its missiles.

This decisive action marks a dramatic shift from Iran's previous restraint amidst escalating tensions. This military operation redefined the landscape of regional conflict.

Elsewhere in his remarks, Seyyed Hassan Khomeini said that in accordance with the Quranic teachings, you can have negations, but there was a risk that enemy could disguise as a friend and trick you.  So, he advanced a high level of vigilance in case of any negotiations with hostile powers.

The remarks come as Iranians have started celebrating Ten-Day Dawn ceremonies across the country, marking the 46th anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution, which put an end to the ruling of the US-backed Pahlavi regime in Iran.

On February 11, 1979, the commanders of the armed forces attended Imam Khomeini’s home and submitted their resignation, declaring support to the founder of the Islamic Revolution. After the armed forces declared neutrality, the Shah regime’s main institutions and all other remnants collapsed.
